I Have to Admit

I was discouraged by the lack of followers, but then I realized that no one would possibly know of me, so really it is not a shock. I am just some guy. Some guy who deals with pretty normal run of the mill issues, and I thought that other normal people would be interested in sharing these run of the mill problems, and hopefully solutions, with one another.

Problem of the Day

At what point in a guy's, or anyone's, life do Tums become an after dinner mint? That chalky residue, and, if you like, that fruity taste, play a major role in every meal I eat. Perhaps I am eating the wrong things. I tend to lean towards that youthful diet of junk food and carbonated beverages more often than, say, salads, grilled veggies, and overall healthy dieting. I like sushi, which I proclaim is pretty darn healthy, but for the most part, most of my meals come with a wet nap more often than a vinegrette. So I help keep the producers of antacids in business, and part of me thinks that if I grew up and ate like an adult this would not be a problem, but that feeling has not kicked in yet. When does the dietary warning light go on and you realize that it is time to be a digestive adult?
